The Precinct

Transforming the Midland Health and Knowledge Precinct

Health Integra has developed over 14,000 m2 of specialised healthcare and clinical spaces in the Midland Health and Knowledge Precinct and developed the first commercial buildings to anchor the Precinct.

Health Integra’s developments are strategically co-located with health and government operators in the precinct, including St John of God Midland Public and Private Hospitals, WA Police Control Centre and State Forensics, Curtin University Medical School and the Metronet Midland Train Station.

The Midland Health and Knowledge Precinct is one of three strategic hubs identified by the WA Government. The precinct has recently undergone an astounding transformation, with over $1.5 billion in private and public infrastructure developments. This investment is soon to be followed by $160 million to develop the new Metronet Midland Train and Bus Station.

Renewal of the Midland Railway Workshops site

Health Integra’s developments have been central to the urban renewal of the Midland Railway Workshops site. The Midland Railway Workshops stand as a tribute to the tenacity and grit of the original workers, as well as the spirit of mateship, industry and community that is their legacy. The site’s beautiful nineteenth-century brick-and-iron architecture still lies at the heart of the precinct and is a point of pride for its new community.
